A month you can read at a glance.

Every habit has its own calendar in its own color. The All view lays them side by side, each in a fixed lane, so you can see which days came together without decoding a wall of color.

Intentional, not another habit tracker.

Three practices at most
Pick what matters, like training, an earlier bedtime, steps or mindful minutes. A short list stays a plan instead of a chore.
Weekly targets, not daily boxes
Gym three times a week, in bed by 11 five nights. Rest days never count against you.
You mark the day
A gym visit is not the same as a logged workout, so the habit is yours to record. Apple Health sits alongside for comparison.
Everything connects to a return
Each practice is measured against your drinking, and drinking against your sleep, resting heart rate and HRV.

Log it in one tap

The + beside the tab bar holds your usual drinks, so most logs are a single tap. Anything else takes a size and strength, converted to standard drinks or UK units.

When the count doesn’t matter, mark a drinking day without one, or the day alcohol-free.

The add menu on iPhone: one-tap favorites, Log a drink, Drank today and Alcohol-free today.

See what comes back

Sleep, resting heart rate and HRV after alcohol-free days, compared with drinking days, straight from Apple Health.

Each practice shows how often the night before, the same day and the day after were alcohol-free. An insight appears only when there is enough data to support it.

Progress one heavy week can’t erase

Trends opens with your streak, lifetime alcohol-free days, drinks avoided and the next milestone, shown as 255 of 365.

Lifetime totals only grow. Milestones are marked on the weekly chart, so the long view stays in sight.

Trends on iPhone opening with progress: a 47-week streak, 255 lifetime alcohol-free days, 744 drinks avoided and the next milestone at 255 of 365.

A record that adds up

A year of days at a glance, with lifetime totals for alcohol-free days, drinks avoided and money kept.

Each quarter closes with a review against your targets, so you can see the trend you are building.

Switching apps loses nothing.

Bring the progress you already made. Every habit can start in the past.

  1. Import from another app

Bring the CSV export from your old tracker, such as Strides. It is read on your device and never uploaded.

  2. Set a past start date

Your record can begin the day you actually started, not the day you installed the app.

  3. Mark past days

Tap the days you did it on any habit’s calendar.

  4. Carry over a streak

Alcohol-free since March? Enter the date and your streak continues from there.

On iPad, the whole board at once.

A sidebar for every habit, the multi-column dashboard and an inspector for the selected day. Your record moves between iPhone and iPad through iCloud.

Questions, answered.

Is Wendlow free?
Yes. Logging, targets, streaks, widgets, one practice and the sleep, heart rate and HRV insights are free. Wendlow Pro adds up to three practices, planned evenings, the Monthly Review and trigger analysis, monthly, yearly or as a one-time purchase, with Family Sharing included.
Do I have to stop drinking to use it?
No. Wendlow is built for drinking less at your own pace, with targets you set, and it works just as well for counting alcohol-free days. If you drink heavily every day, speak to a doctor before you stop, because stopping suddenly can be dangerous.
Does it count standard drinks or UK units?
Both. Choose your region and every drink you log, by size and strength, is converted to standard drinks or UK units.
Does Wendlow work with Apple Health?
Yes, if you turn it on. Wendlow reads sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, workouts and steps to compare alcohol-free days with drinking days. Those figures are calculated on your device and never stored or shared.
Is my drinking data private?
There is no account, no server and no analytics. Your record stays on your devices and in your own private iCloud, which we cannot access, and the App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected. You can lock the app with Face ID.
Can I bring my history from another drink tracker?
Yes. Import the CSV export from your old app, such as Strides, set a past start date, or enter the date you went alcohol-free and your streak carries on from there.
Does it work on iPad?
Yes. Wendlow runs on iPhone and iPad, and your record syncs between them through iCloud.
